Timmons Management Company, Inc. was established in 1995 by founder Diane Gaddy-Timmons. Diane was a Christian woman of insurmountable faith who loved the City of Detroit. The headquarters for Timmons Management Company, Inc. from 1995 – 2018 was the Boulevard West building located in the New Center Area of Detroit, Michigan.

Following the passing of Diane, her daughter Sabrina Bollinger, son-in-law Paul Bollinger and family friend Susie Wojtowicz became the management team for Timmons Management Company.
